About Us We are a small team of Hellraiser fans who devote all our spare time in designing and producing the Hellraiser collectibles you will find throughout the site. We only use the best materials and are proud in the items which we make. One of our team members actually worked on the special effects in the first Hellraiser films alongside Bob Keen and so makes sure the items are upto standard. All our items are checked during and after production and will only be sent to you if we are 100% satisfied with the final piece.

Postage & packaging: UK Postage All items are sent via Royal Mail First Class Delivery, either recorded or special. Some items may take upto 3 weeks to be made (star-config. PuzzleBoxes) as we do not carry stock., we believe quality not quantity, but we would try our best to get it to you asap. Overseas Postage Because of the MASSIVE postal charges to post outside of the UK, especially non EU Countries, our postage prices have to be high enough to cover costs. A recent purchase for a set of three framed Schematics to USA cost £59 in postage and an order consisting of the schematics and one glass display dome to the USA cost a staggering £75 postage., please be aware of the postage costs before checking out. Sorry, we don't set the postage. Non of our items are official Hellraiser Merchandise and have not actually appeared in the making of any Hellraiser movie. bUT THEY'D HAVE BEEN BETTER FILMS IF OUR STUFF WAS IN THEM ;-) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Returns Policy: As each item is made especially for you, all sales are final. Items are inspected before posting and wrapped via postoffice recommendations. As each item is in perfect order before dispatch, any breakages will be down to postal conditions., if you do happen to receive a defective item please contact us immediately and we will persue the royal mail for compensation, once succesfull, an exchange will be offered to you.
