Excellent. Questions & Answers Q. How long before I get my Hellraiser goodies which I've ordered ? A. We carry no stock, Everything is made to order, some things may take 2 - 3 weeks to be made, like the Moveable Star Configuration Puzzle Boxes and others just a few days. Although if you require the item to be complete for a certain date (ie: birthday..) we will try our hardest to fulfill your request. Q. How do I order ? A. Use the link buttons at the top of the page to find the item you wish to purchase. If you are in UK then click the button which says "Paypal - add to basket UK" if your are outside the UK, then click the other button which will add the item to your shopping list. Q. Will Mine be exactly the same as the ones pictured ? A. No.., As all our items are made by hand, each one is unique and may not be exactly the same as the ones pictured, only slight differences would occur though. Q. Why are there two prices by the item ? A. One is for the UK and the other includes a slightly higher price to allow for extra postage outside the UK. Postage is calculated on weight using the Royal Mail Postage Finder. Q. Why haven't some of the items got a Paypal button by the side of it ? A. As things are made to order, some "ingredients" to make up the items may be unobtainable so there isn't an option to purchase it yet. Q. What are the Moveable boxes made from ? A. We import the finest Mahogany wood to make the box itself and use a UK Chemical Milling Company for the Brass / Stainless Steel Lament Panels which are milled to an exact copy of the original ones used in the films. Q. How accurate are the Panels in their design ? A. They are exactly the same design as the ones used in the Hellraiser films. The Chemical process results in Panles which have no burrs or rough bits, just beautiful Brass Panels. Q. How does your quality compare to other sites boxes ? A. We take pride in our work, we choose only the finest quality items and would only send the completed item to you if we were 100% satisfied. We make the item, we check the item and we send the item. Q. I want something slightly different than the item you have on your site, eg.. black cloth instead of red in the display dome...., what do I do? A. If you want something slightly different, we are happy to discuss your requirements, just contact us through the "Contact" tab to email us and we'll get back to you asap.. :-) Q. Why are some of the boxes so expensive ? A. They take an amazing amount of time and care to make, from wood selection to cutting and sanding. Fitting, cutting then dealing with the brass panels. Also the materials we use are the best available. Q. I'm not sure about something on the site, what do I do ? A. We are here to answer all your questions and concerns, press the contact button to get in touch. Q. Can you modify the Hand-Carved PuzzleCube ? A. Yes, if you require it to be a certain size, say bigger to hold a certain item (puzzlecube for example) or you want it without the musical movement, we can sort this out for you, just contact us before you place an order. Q. Why should I order from the PuzzleCube ? A. If you're a UK resident, a really good reason, besides getting hold of some really beautiful and original pieces, is that you won't have to pay any hidden Import Customs Duty, like you would have to pay when ordering from an International site for example. Other than that, our little team are dedicated Hellraiser fans (and as mentioned before some have actually worked on the set of the Hellraiser films) and take great pride in the items we make. You can be assured that your item is made to our best ability, from the best materials we can find and no detail is overlooked.. All payments use 128 secure encryption through PayPal, no buyers details are stored with the PuzzleCube and are totally secure. Q. Paypal - do i get charged a fee for using it ? A.
